If you are on the street: For Manhattan-bound E/F/R, take a Penn Station-bound Q32 bus (Roosevelt Av at 74 St) to Queens Plaza. For Manhattan-bound M/R, take a Penn Station-bound Q32 bus (Roosevelt Av at 74 St) to 58 St. Travel north on 58 St, east (left) on 38 Av, and north (right) on 56 St to Broadway for Manhattan-bound access at Northern Blvd M/R station. For E, F, M, R to Forest Hills/Jamaica, take a Rockaway Park-bound Q53 SBS (Broadway at 75 St) to Woodhaven Blvd. Transfer to a Jamaica-bound Q60 bus. For 7, proceed to bus terminal and take LaGuardia Link Q70 SBS to 61 St-Woodside. If you are on the Manhattan-bound 7 mezzanine: For street access, take a Manhattan-bound 7 to 61 St-Woodside. Exit station and take LaGuardia Airport-bound Q70 SBS bus or Rockaway Park-bound Q53 SBS bus (Roosevelt Av at 62 St) to Jackson Hts-Roosevelt Av/74 St-Broadway. For E/F/R, take a Manhattan-bound 7 to Queensboro Plaza. Use elevators to exit the station and proceed east along Queens Plaza S to the Queens Plaza E/F/R station. For M/R, take a Manhattan-bound 7 to 61 St-Woodside. Use elevators to exit the station and take an Astoria-bound Q18 (Woodside Av at 61st St) to 54 St and Northern Blvd for Northern Blvd M/R station. For Forest Hills-bound service, elevator on SE corner of 54 St and Broadway. For Manhattan-bound service, elevator on NW corner of 56 St and Broadway. If you are on the transfer mezzanine: Take an E, F or R to Queens Plaza. For 7, use elevators to exit the station proceed west along Queens Plaza S to the Queensboro Plaza station. To return to Jackson Heights-Roosevelt Av from Queens Plaza, take a Jackson Heights-bound Q32 bus (Queens Plaza S at 28 St) to 76 St and Roosevelt Av. If you are on the Queens-bound 7 platform: For street access, take a Flushing-Main St-bound 7 to Junction Blvd and transfer to a Manhattan-bound 7 to 61 St-Woodside. Exit station and take LaGuardia Airport-bound Q70 SBS bus or Rockaway Park-bound Q53 SBS bus (Roosevelt Av at 62 St) to Jackson Hts-Roosevelt Av/74 St-Broadway. For E/F/M/R, take a Flushing-Main St-bound 7 to Junction Blvd and transfer to a Manhattan-bound 7 to Queensboro Plaza. Proceed east along Queens Plaza S to the Queens Plaza E/F/R station.

If you are on the Manhattan-bound platform: Take a Manhattan-bound 7 to 61 St-Woodside then either: Transfer to a Flushing-Main St-bound 7 to 74 St-Broadway. Or, exit station and take LaGuardia Airport-bound Q70 SBS bus or Rockaway Park-bound Q53 SBS bus (Roosevelt Av at 62 St) to Jackson Hts-Roosevelt Av/74 St-Broadway. If you are on the Manhattan-bound 7 Mezzanine: Exit the station and take a Woodside-bound Q70 SBS or Q53 SBS bus to 61 St/Roosevelt Av for the 61 St-Woodside 7 station.
