If you are on the overpass level: Follow signs to other elevator which will take you to Queens Plaza North between Crescent St and 27 St. If you are at street level: Use other elevator on Queens Plaza North between Crescent St and 27 St.

If you are on the street: Use other elevator located at the SW corner of Queens Plaza South and Crescent St. If you are on the overpass level: Follow signs to use the other elevator which will take you to the SW corner of Queens Plaza South and Crescent St.

If you are on the mezzanine: Exit the station and proceed south along 23 St to the Court Sq station for 7 service. For Manhattan and Brooklyn-bound N/W service, take a Manhattan-bound 7 to Times Sq-42 St and transfer to N/W. For service to Astoria Blvd, take a Flushing-Main St-bound 7 to Queensboro Plaza. Then, transfer to an Astoria-Ditmars Blvd-bound N/W to Astoria Blvd. If you are on the Manhattan-bound platform: Take a Manhattan-bound 7 to the Court Sq station. Exit the station and proceed north along 23 St to Queens Plaza. If you are on the Queens-bound platform: Take a Flushing-Main St-bound 7 to 61 St-Woodside. Then, take a Manhattan-bound 7 to Court Sq. Exit the station and proceed north along 23 St to Queens Plaza.
